		<description>the problem here is that no-one can give you advice in this matter. it is what i call a &quot;judgement-question&quot; that only you with the help of your psychiatrist or therapist can make. as far as your meds are concerned you should know that it took my wife who happens to be BP nearly 3 years to find the best suitable combination of medications. this does not mean that she has nothing to worry about. it is merely the best combination for the time being but that can change over night.
allthough it is possible for a BP to have psychotic episodes even though they are on meds but that does NOT mean they are in constant danger of going &quot;of the deep-end&quot;
i find your fiance to be very caring but i strongly dis-agree with him when it comes to starting a family. there is plenty of help available for any BP. educate yourself (both of you) through books, websites and visitation with psychiatrists and therapists. after all, you are only 24 years old and still have time before you start a family.</description>
