Bake something…and give them your undivided attention. Then, apologize.
Just as you did right now. “I’m sorry”. If you want to lighten it up, tell him, “On a scale of one to ten, I think I just scored a zero.”
But an apology is the best thing you can give him, as long as it is heartfelt — and prompt! Don’t wait two weeks until you apologize. Whatever you did is rankling him right now, so call him up and tell him you’re sorry.
My best answer would be set a day to go out and eat or do it at home.. and say look blgh blgh im sorry and explain the situation you had with him and how your action werent right or what ever you did.. Just be honest but make sure your sorry is well thought threw answer and worth it for him to listen..!

Depends on how long ago and how big this mistake was and just how mad he is about it . If it *just* happened I’d give him a day or two to cool off.
