life goes on and act his age?
Tell him that he is still young and that can find someone better than his ex who will love him more. Let him cry it out and be there for him at this time. After a few days, invite him to go out to meet new people. If he can afford it tell him to enroll in fitness class or other worthwhile lessons where he can meet ladies with the same interests.
But the best thing that you can do for him is to be “by his side” at this time and then later on help him out to move on with his life.
The only thing that heals a broken heart is time. It may not help him today, but a couple of months down the line he will feel better. It will probably get worse before it gets better, but once things start to improve they will get a little better every day until one day he realises that it doesn’t hurt anymore. The only thing he can do is look ahead.
That everybody in this world experiences heart ache in their lives. That it is a way to wisdom and at times what does not break you only makes you stronger. Tell him to talk about his feelings and not to bottle them up. Ask him what he has learned from this experience and to realize how strong he really is. The direction from here is up and it always gets better from here. Even better that he expects because miles stones in our lives makes us tackle life better and we find more in life that we may have been afraid of before. Strength brings courage, courage brings success.
Remind him that this hasn’t killed him and what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
this is a really important part of life and although it hurts he will know what not to look for in a partner in the future and will find true love.
tell him it wont last 4eva and even though it hurts now it wont allways be like this. all u can do then is let him get on with it.
The deepest meaning og life is ‘live on’. At any stage whatever happens you have to simply ‘live on’ with whatever comes along.
There is not much to say to him, take him out for a good time, keep him distracted sdo he doesn’t dwell on it so much. Only time can mend a broken heart and thats what you’ll be giving him.
DONT COMMIT SUICIDE!
the best way to deal with it is how to approach it…..
1. take him out for dinner or anything that can make him remember that after all those sad incidents in his life he still have you….
2. dont spoil that day… its just a start.. dont talk about anything else… just enjoy that day…
3. the next step is come to him and share your experience about love and failures……before you knew it he will start to open up….. someone who is broken hearted hears no one… feels nothing….. and thats what your goal….. make him feel that you are there for him and make him listen not about your sympathy but to your secrets to make him feel that you trust him enough as your brother…
4. after you win your brother…. just listen….. listen…. listen….. thats what he wants…. make him feel that he is being heard but not being pitied…..
5. and the best advice you can give your brother is that …. whatever happens to you and with your life… dont worry you still have a family to run to and help you get back to your feet and start all over again….
