How can I be more trusting in my relationship?

I won’t really go into too many details…I will just leave this question as a really general question. How does someone who has trust issues overcome those issues to keep their relationship together? Are their methods or is it just a get-over-it kind of thing? Help please?

There are 2 key things to a relationship
Trust & Communication
without these two things it is very hard to be with some, and as I found out this week some people think it is best to lie and not to tell the truth. And some people think they can hide the truth momentarily. Either way the lies always come out. I think its best to be honest from the beginning and to just talk. What you might think will be an issue may not be for your partner and trust me there is only so much shouting a person can do before they want to calmly discuss things with you.
