So there’s this guy that I have been texting and hanging out with for almost a year. He used to text me almost right away or at least in the same day if I text early enough. Lately I have to initiate the conversation and I tell him that I don’t like doing that but all he’s done is apoligize and says that he will try to text often but he’s busy with school and work, which I understand since I’m busy too. I’ll text him and if he doesn’t respond within 2 days I won’t text him at all and usually it’s like 2-3 weeks before he starts feeling bad about not texting. Usually at 1 1/2 weeks I’ll text just to make sure he’s okay and still alive and he’ll respond to that but won’t say anything else. I’m starting to get super fed up. I’m wondering how I just completely sever ties with him at this point.
Try trading in the stock market,Julianna, It is VERY lucrative. Use software to get the winning edge as the ups and downs of the stock market are controlled by computer algorithms. So you fight computer with a computer. Once you can relax about the money, because you have accumulated it on your own $, you will feel less desperate to a rich guy and more attrative. Next, mingle with where those who are rich hang out. He will come your way. Also, when you have your own, your need for the type of companionship changes.
A boyfriend is a male friend or acquaintance, often specifying a regular male companion with whom one is platonic, romantically or sexually involved.[1] This is normally a short-term committed relationship, where other titles (e.g. husband, partner) are more commonly used for long-term committed relationships. A boyfriend can also be called an admirer, beau, suitor and sweetheart.[2] The analogous female term is "girlfriend".
* I must be dreaming. Most wealthy men are self-made. They may have studied hard in school, took some calculated risks, worked even harder on their ventures, and struck lucky gold. They know what it’s like to be middle class or lower because that’s exactly where they toiled for most of their lives. They’ve made far more than they’ve ever imagined possible and can’t believe their luck. There is a constant awareness that the good times can’t last forever. In fact, there is a paranoia that one day they’ll wake up to see everything they’ve worked for disappear. As a result, they keep on working to make their dreams happen, never taking for granted what they have.
I have never been the type of girl to worry if a guy answers my texts or not. Then I meet this guy that’s really kind and before he asked me out we both had said that we didn’t want a relationship since we both had recently gotten out of one. We were good and he texted me all day, everyday. They were light, funny texts. Around October, November he says he likes me but he didn’t want to push me into a relationship ( i’m 19 and he’s 22) so I told him that I liked him too and that we could take things slow to see if we would work out. After I said yes, his texts started to become sweeter but less, we wouldn’t text ALL the time like before. I had no problem since i’m in college and I never see him all the time either ( We’ve only seen each other once and that was in November). I try not to text him everyday so we only talk once maybe twice a week and it never long possibly 1 hour. I was on spring break last week and he said that he was going to text me to see when we could go out. He never texted me and, to not sound needy, I didn’t text him either. I sent him a text saying Hi when I got back to school and he hasn’t answered( and that was on Monday). I don’t want to push him so I haven’t sent another one, what do I do? Do I still wait for him to answer?
Lastly, my 7 fig earning boss told me he never got the appeal of a woman who could cook. Food comes from stores. Who cares? “I wanted a woman who could and would go out and earn 6 figures. Cuz that’s what I’m doing. And I don’t have time to cook.” – 30 yrs later still together, going strong, just bought their 3rd personal home in the carribean and 2nd investment resort property. Two beautiful sons who they love to death, and a life most would kill for.

Now this boy being fresh out of high school too had no money! His parents, were the same financial situation as my own. So what was the difference between this boy and all others? He was a wonderful friend! But I also noticed, he climbed in the company quickly! He was smart, efficient, intelligent, and became the favorite of his bosses quickly. He had wonderful work ethic while at work, but was always late, not just by 5 min but sometimes an hour late to work EVERY DAY!! He got away with it because, he was so good at everything he did at work. he had a Midas touch. I latched onto him, not only because he was my best friend, but also, he was like following an ambulance with the lights on and blaring clearing the road for any one behind the ambulance.
"It's absolutely true, but it's not without conditions," says Jeffrey Bernstein, PhD, author of Why Can't You Read My Mind? "You have to make a strategic effort to trigger that craving in him once you're in a relationship because the spark in your bond won't last if you neglect it." For that reason, Cosmo has discovered the seven key make-him-ache-for-you strategies that specifically jump-start your guy's desire. Be warned: Once you use them, he'll be sticking to you like white on rice.
Hi Eric, I’m in no relationship right now. I’m on a dating site and matched well with a as we messaged, he stated, we have a lot in common. He asked to start texting so we did. In two weeks we sent pic’s of ourselves and had phone sex twice. He keeps saying we need to meet, when we set a day and time he was getting sick. Fine, I believe him. You suggested a sexy pic. Good idea. It’s fun, but is there a way to ask him if he still wants to get to know me? And, What is the standard of getting to know one another if the dating sites are where I’m meeting guys. I understand he and other guys are tired from work and are busy on days off and talking to other women on the site. Thank you for your time, Kim
You made it to the finish line! Congratulations. By now you should have at least one guy on your radar who’s interested. All you have to do is commit. Now, I know what you’re thinking: “It’s only been a few days. How can I just commit to a boyfriend so quickly?” Breathe. We’re not asking you to put a ring on it or walk down the aisle (yet). Remember, the goal here was just to get a boyfriend. But he’s not your boyfriend until there is some level of mutual commitment. So woman up and make it happen, girl! Tell him how you feel. You won’t know if he’s The One until you give it a shot. So pick your guy, grab a love fern, and ride off into the sunset.
Yes, I think these are all important. I found the guy who values all of this, including my uniqueness, which he let’s me know very often. It took me a while, but he is there next to me right now (we’ve been together for over a year). We recently had a talk about out past ‘not so working relationships’. I was saying how guys would leave me after 1 or 2 weeks and he said: “I think those guys were expecting you to be sb you were not, whereas for me you seemed to be sb else and when I got to know you, you turned out to be exactly how I wanted you to be.” And this is ladies what you should be looking for, nothing less. A guy who genuinely wants to get to know you. That one is really interested.

Hi Eric, I’m stuck and not sure if you can help but I thought I’d give it a shot. So me and my ex(it’s complicated) met at a party in May. I was 22 and he was 19. What I thought was a one night stand turned out to be a relationship. He said he’s faithful and doesn’t do one night stands and wanted to get to know me (he was drunk when he said this). Anyways after a month of friends with benefits and me slightly pressuring him on making me out, we started dating. Although the relationship still seemed like friends with benefits just with the added title. We would mostly hangout at my apartment, have sex, and then he would leave, everytime! I confronted him about this and he’s said it was because of his parents, even though he was an adult he had a curfew, even though it was usually around 2am when he would leave. Things were good though he made me feel good about myself, would always make me laugh, even bought me flowers after a small fight we had. Then it started going downhill when August came around. He goes to school in another state and we both knew that soon we wouldn’t be able to spend time like this anymore. He started hanging out with his friends more and bailing on plans with me. Along with that other things about his personality started to bother me so a week before I confronted him on how our relationship was not working out and how I wasn’t happy anymore I felt like he didn’t care about me like he used to. This talk was so heartbreaking, he started crying which made me start crying and we came to the decision to break up but still talk to each other to see if the long distance thing could work. He didn’t want the clean break because he said he loved me but hated how I always got mad at little things. So we left it at that. Since then we barely talked up until this week when he came home for thanksgiving break. Upon his arrival all I got was a snapchat saying he was back in town. I asked where he was and he replied saying he was at his friends. That night I awkwardly saw him for 2 seconds and left to go downtown to the bars with my friends. He said his phone was dead so when I get back I should text his friend. So I did when I got back and him and his friends were all still hanging out. I stayed up waiting for him to come over but he never showed. He texted me at 4 am saying he found a charger, and I replied by asking if he was coming over. He didn’t reply for 2 days. So I got depressed and decided I would not text him back. (I know this is my flaw, I’m a spiteful person) So after the 2 days he sent a text asking “What are you doing late tonight?” I thought it was a booty call and didn’t feel like responding anyways. The next night he asked if I wanted to come to a party, then what I was doing, and then attempted to call me but I ignored it. Today I texted him and asked when he was planning on leaving and his reply was that he already left. And this conversation lead to all the issues we had in our relationship. He doesn’t make me feel appreciated and/or loved because he doesn’t show that he cares. His words>”nothing is good enough for you, you hold ridiculous standards, and you get mad for the smallest reasons”. In my heart I know I should end it because we’re obviously not good for each other but at the same time I’m pretty sure I love him and think maybe he’ll mature when he’s older. Since he’s still 19 and I’m now 23. I do care about him a lot and he says the same for me. Do you think we could learn to accept each others flaws/ mistakes or should we just completely end things?
A downside: the book directs you to online videos for more "secrets" which are really just teasers which lead you to another video they want you to pay for. I can see this as being an endless goose chase designed to keep you hooked & shelling out money while learning very little. I'd have more respect for the author & brand if they took a less scam-like approach. The video they want you to buy has a long intro to sell it which does the classic "play on women's insecurities & promise grand secrets to solve all of their romance problems in a matter of days" approach, one which many dating gurus do. I find it borderline insulting & I naturally expect it to under-deliver with super obvious "insight" repeated ad nauseam just as the rest seem to. This approach is unfortunate & detracts from a brand that has the potential to be more positive & actually useful, as opposed to the insulting junk I described at the outset.

How To Get A Guy To Like You Back

so the point is, when u being completely submitted to God, be kind, and help those in needs, make them happy, then u will be happy too. u don’t need a human to make u happy. as long as u happy with urself, u will live a happy life. trust me. I live by this motto and so far, it’s men who come after me, but I never reciprocate their feelings. maybe I’m afraid of men affection towards me. I don’t know. being born as the only girl in siblings does make u an independent person.
I grew up poor. Not living on the streets poor, but longing for money to buy stuff. As a young child, if I wanted a pair of jeans, I had to go find an odd job like weed a garden/s or mow some lawns to earn enough to buy a pair of jeans. For that matter, any kind of item I wanted I had to go find a way to earn the cash ( legally) in order to purchase what I wanted. My parents had a house and property.. but divorced when I was young. hustling odd jobs was the only way I could make money as I wasn’t old enough to get a “real” job.

How To Get A Man To Like You More

Meet new guys. Before you get a boyfriend, you’ll have to meet some guys. Don't worry, it isn't as scary as you think. You can try to get into a relationship with a guy you already know if they are decent, or you can go out and meet some new guys. Make sure he's got a great personality, smart and things that you would like to look for in a guy. This is easy and fun to do, so don’t be nervous! Make sure when you're meeting new guys you don't come across fake.
* Why should I ever settle down? Rich men have a larger selection of women thanks to women being more accepting of rich men. You will see 4s go out with 8s all the time and nobody ever bats an eye because it’s so common in places such as New York City and San Francisco. Given a rich man’s mental conditioning, he will logically assume he is more handsome, more charismatic, and funnier than he really is. It really doesn’t matter if he’s not because he continues to get outsized attention from the ladies.
The difference between a low in social standing woman like myself, is that I’m not looking for a wealthy man. I know for a fact that everything he is and does with every fiber of his being is to pave a way for me. Because My CREATOR made me from his rib, I am only half of a whole person without him for he is my ADAM and I’m his EVE. His military prowess, and power makes me week in the knees from masculinity . He’s tall between 6″1- 6″3, not sexy but handsome ,loving towards friends and family. When my future husband is around everyone will feel like they are in the presence of Royalty because is my King my life. There will be no need to go looking for attention when he’s not home because my Man is highly blessed in that department so I can hold out. Besides he’ll give me an allowance to make up for the time he is not there. All the while knowing I’m following my dreams and ambitions to provide a better living for the Earth and all species that dwell within it(is my destiny). My Love will be my strength, durability, and my backbone and I his ptsd medicine. Jhahod my love I’m waiting. From Nataya
If the man uses his wealth to be arrogant and flashy, while treating women like disposable objects that they can buy off, this would just add to my mistrust in a man, and make me feel unstable. If I am required to be fashionably uncomfortable and walk in heels to attract a wealthy man, or fake like I care about solving world hunger and feeding Somalian children (which will never be solved, btw, as long as family planning is not valued) I would personally find it a sacrifice on my natural health and personal morals. So instead of a man having the effect that it naturally should on me, as a stable, protective, provider, money would have the opposite effect.
While it’s debatable whether grammar and spelling matters in texts overall, you’re better off using proper English in your initial texts with someone you’d like to date. Ansari and Dr. Klinenberg said that bad grammar and spelling was considered a turn off in every interview they did with focus group participants. Generally, interviewees explained that it made the sender seem unintelligent and lazy.

“When it comes to texting and flirting, I always believe that less is more,” Spira says. “If you already have a texting relationship, sending a sweet text saying, ‘Hope you’re having a great day’ or, ‘thinking of you’ will cheer him up while he’s at work. The reason I like to include the word ‘great’ is that most guys have a positive reaction to that word. They’d like to think you’d have a great time with him and that you’re a happy person.”
This reminds me of my husband. Early in our relationship. We got a puppy and the puppy got out of the apt as we were doing laundry in a separate laundry room. We searched and searched but could notfind him. My man lost it. He sobbed and was positively unconsollable. I got scared. He kept saying. He's scared and alone and so small. Ok I was sad but I'm not proud of it. I was scared and never saw how upset he was. I took offense. I thought wow you love this puppy more than me. Since he had never showed emo that strong with me.

* Show a tremendous interest in your personal finances. Nothing is more attractive than a woman who has a strong command of her finances. The more a woman cares about her own financial well-being, the less the man has to worry about having to care for everything financial-related, even though he easily could. I recommend signing up for Personal Capital, a free financial software online that lets you track your cash flow, analyzes your investments for excessive fees, calculators your retirement financials, and tracks your net worth. I’m positive a rich guy will be super impressed with your financial savviness if you show him the app on your phone next time you meet up. Being financially wise is sexy!
Nora's smart BUT she wants to be popular. So when she moved schools, her plan: never admit to anyone that she's actually smart, dumb down her subjects from AP classes to regular ones, join the cheer squad, and date the hottest, most popular, and possibly one of the dumbest guy in school, Jake. But when Adam enters the equation, her plans changed OR has to change.
I suppose this is why I feel ambivalent about the subject. I’ve been on both sides of the story. Who I am today is someone who is motivated to BE someone on my own–I’m the breadwinner, I need to prove to myself I can do this. But I suppose for the women who really want to lock down a rich dude, I can advise. It would be fun to talk about it like that. I never really have before.
Despite what you may think or your past experience — you may never know just how much a man really does want to please you if he is able. In fact, the problems show up when he no longer thinks he can please you. Men are very simple creatures. They demonstrate their value by solving problems and fixing things (and occasionally they may make the mistake of trying to fix you).
There's a catch though: If you want to snag his immediate interest, the change has to be guy-visible. "To activate his desire, it has to be a departure from your everyday look," says David Buss, PhD, author of The Evolution of Desire. Maybe take a break from your jeans routine and strut around in a miniskirt. Wear a noticeably higher heel. Or ditch your bra for a day and put a little extra bounce in your step.
Timing is everything. If any of the four above logistics are in jeopardy, i.e. he’s moving to another city, he decides he can no longer look at my shiny forehead, or I cannot cope with how slow of a walker he is, then there is a chance we will not want to be in a relationship with each other. Beyond that, some guys just aren’t looking for relationships. Maybe he just got out of a three-year relationship with a girl who cheated on him, maybe he is focused on his career, or maybe he is afraid of settling down. Talk about #FOMO again. Or, even worse, maybe he is already in a relationship! With another man! Who knows!
When these types of thoughts overwhelm you, it's important to remember that this is a symptom of your depression and these irrational, pessimistic attitudes-known as cognitive distortions-aren't realistic. When you really examine them they don't hold up. But even so, they can be tough to give up. You can't break out of this pessimistic mind frame by telling yourself to "just think positive." Often, it's part of a lifelong pattern of thinking that's become so automatic you're not even completely aware of it. Rather, the trick is to identify the type of negative thoughts that are fueling your depression, and replace them with a more balanced way of thinking.

That’s absolutely false. What you’re describing only applies in the opposite direction. Women are attracted to men who are aloof and aren’t easily controlled by women. Men on the other hand, especially successful men, seek out feminine women who are supportive, deferential and don’t feel the need to compete w/them. All one needs to do is take a look around at all the “strong, independent” career women in their 30’s and 40’s, who are still single and wondering why. If you’re a woman that gives off a masculine vibe, don’t expect a masculine, heterosexual man to be attracted to you, despite all the feminist propaganda being spewed in our culture. You can’t change nature no matter how hard you try.

Tip #2: The Crew of Two. If you're on a mission to meet guys, stick to one wing woman. Adam says, "Guys are terrified to approach big groups of girls," and we can understand that. Additionally, while hanging with your guy friends is fun, you might want to leave them at home for a ladies' night once in a while. Men will avoid approaching you if you're with a guy, since "it's a man's worst nightmare to approach a girl and learn that it's her boyfriend standing right next to her."
***I CANT STRESS THIS NEXT POINT ENOUGH!) Please if they , meaning the other wives and girlfriends of his pals, (and they simply can’t wait to & I do mean want to see you go up in flames!),especially if your more attractive! Well honey, if you are caught speaking out of your lack of education on any subject, You failed. Not just him but the know when to speak & STFU Law! (Unwritten rules of being a lady) & now whatever comment you made will be a riot & NEVER FORGOTTEN!! Just trust me!
I have read many of the comments here. I am a psychology major, who dares to dream. I went through a divorce that ended due to my ex husband cheating multiple times. I have helped many throughout my healing process when it comes to relationship advise. Money is material. It can be replaced. But your soul mate, the one you are destined to be with is irreplaceable. Your soul mate is your best friend, the one who listens to you, cares for you when you well and sick, the one you can laugh with, create memories, the one who will hold you, take time out of their day to cherish you, adore you, love you for you, not your title, or how much you make, the one who completes you mentally, physically, and spiritually. I am a single woman that knows what I want, and will not settle for anything less. I have been through many challenges in life, but through my challenges, have discovered who I am, how I can help others, and grow. I was married for eight long years, as I settled for what I thought I deserved and stayed in an unhealthy relationship. Since 2010 (the year I left that behind), I was able to complete a degree in psychology with a very high GPA, have a current 4.0, in the honors society, and have received over thirty thousand dollars. I am currently pursuing a degree in nursing. Even through I am in some school debt, I have allowed nothing to stand in my way of success. FEAR is a huge factor, even in relationships. I dare to dream, so I challenge each of you to find who you are before you find your mate, know what you want, and never settle for less. Remember life can be fun, full of endless memories, challenges come with it as well, and who you have standing next to you will help you discover your dreams and challenges and help you accomplish them if you have your soul mate. Money will come with time, it can be replaced, but again your soul mate cannot. Your soul mate needs to complete you! Money itself cannot complete you! (Just some food for thought)
Just read a book about psychology – manipulation – priming & Co for getting to know how to catch someones attention. To make him depending on your attention and love. Do not tell too much about you and be mysterious. Care about your look, but do not annoy him with long talks about styling, beauty OPs & Co. No man is interested in such bullsh*t and therefore you got your friends.

There’s this guy we met in summer school and had a thing but fell out , now he hit me up again and we’ve been talking for 1 year and 5 months but he hasn’t came to see me even once. Everytime I ask him he says he does like me he’s just been really busy with school and work and hasn’t the free time but makes promises to make the time soon, idk what to do if I should continue waiting or give up cuz it’s been so long, now it feels like we talk even less he replies once a day if I get lucky and I asked him if he’d just like me to leave I have no problem with it but he insists he’s just mad busy idk what to do plz help
Expensive hobbies, memberships, travel, affluent neighbors and friends, keeping up appearances requires a lot of income which means you pay a lot of taxes. Meanwhile, yoga, exercise, music, movies and living under tax radar (below $35,000) with tax exempt income in a comfortable paid up home with no debt means you pay NO TAX. I don’t resent paying taxes because I haven’t paid any since 2011 and I have never received any public assistance. Net worth, not income is the key to long lasting wealth and a 401K is taxable income when it is withdrawn so at some point investing in real estate as a tax shelter and holding stocks that pay some dividend keeps you tax free.
However, sometimes ghosting is the simple solution to an online dating match gone bad. Ben, 27, last ghosted a girl after a first [Tinder] date. “She had a lot of baggage,” he explains, “and brought up that she recently broke up with a boyfriend she had been dating for several years… She was not ready to date – and that was what I was looking for.”
Consider all the possible outcomes of dating your flatmate. If your dating relationship doesn’t work out, do you think you both could still continue being flatmates? Would living together be too much of a strain on a new dating relationship? If the age difference has you worried, consider how much age will truly impact your dating. Also consider how compatible you are together, your temperament, values, interests, and priorities. If these all seem to be a close match, then age shouldn’t matter so much.

What To Text A Man You Like

The book mostly focus on Nora's struggle in keeping up with her social life, her swaps, her relationship with her family and her best friend, and her position in Adam's life. Romance, while is the driving force of the story, is basically a decent part of it although not exactly overtaking Nora's struggle. There is, of course, enough time to develop Nora and make her realize several things which is being yourself.

#2 No vomit texts. If he asks you how your day was, I know you want to tell him all the exciting or non-exciting things that happened, but that ends up as one giant, never-ending paragraph. Take it easy, no one wants to read an entire book from one text message. That being said, don’t give him a one-word answer either. A couple sentences are short and to the point. [Read: A step-by-step guide to texting your crush]

I dated a rich man for 5 years. It was easier some ways but harder in others. He was so into his work and money that even when he was home he was on his phone and not paying much attention to me. We were in love….kinda I guess. I think we both just really wanted someone to love…or just not be alone anyway. But he payed for everything. And he bought me cars and expensive clothes and jewelry and anything I wanted and we ate at the Best restaurants. It changed me a little. I was wearing only name brands and acted like I was so cool and I was never someone that ever thought I was better than everyone. It was just being in that lifestyle I felt like I could have anything and if I couldn’t I would yell or get someone fired or just be a bitch to get it. But it was what I learned from him and when I realized how I was changing like that I didn’t like it so I actually tried changing him to be more like me and he tried and he’s a total city guy and I’m a country girl so very different people. Anyway I realized that money doesn’t solve everything. He would have done anything for money and I would have done anything for love.

Texts To Turn Him On

If you're young, Tori, I think you're best to just keep being special friends as you are now. Wait and see what happens in the future. You don't want to make him feel awkward and under pressure. Besides, both you and him are going to change as you get older. I think you should wait and see if you still find him interesting and attractive when he's a bit older.
#9. Don’t act out toward your man – If he says something that hurts your feelings, or if he does something you disagree with…most women’s first reactions would be to become dramatic and emotional and nag the guy. Don’t do this…because it tells him that you are a nightmare to marry, because instead of remaining calm and allowing him some room to improve, you are just lashing out at him.

What Makes A Man Fall In Love With A Woman

Hello, are there any nice.kind, sincere, animal loving GENTLEMAN on here that would like to chat with a kind, caring, honorable, animal loving woman, Him 58+ me 51 country girl fields & horses here. I see the gold digger comments & yes there is a LOT of that going on but take it from the female bread winner in all my long past relationships, there are just as many or more male ‘gold diggers’ out there as female gold diggers. But I have been rich & I have been poor & struggling & wondering where every dime is coming from & worrying how you will call the vet if one of your beloved animals needs one & always having to be stressed over the next bale of hay is no way to live & good hard working men who can afford horses & that are willing to help a woman who owns them, well lets say IMPOSSIBLE to find. If i love an animal more then life itself, you would have to think caring for my man & loving him more then life itself if he does the same for me is a given, so ‘gold digger’ hardly. You just have to find a way to stop struggling or die young from the stress of it & a male companion to add to the stress is not happening period, they all want to have sex as one person here said, sex is the least important thing , companionship & caring comes first ( this is where the gentleman thing would come in) & those are almost impossible to find anymore. i would love to have a nice older gentleman that had the means to care for me & my beloveds properly is all & we could make each others lives nicer, someone to sit with & just be with & do fun things with, you can’t do a lot of fun things being broke all the time, being broke sucks. Of course a man for me would be a bit older & even possibly retired or close to it. Men my age all want to have sex with their daughters & well lets say i need a more mature man that that anyway . If there is anyone that wants to chat .
Hi Eric. This guy started to text me and used to initiate the conversation every day. We used to have great conversation and we texted all the time. We used to call each other for hours while we were studying. He knows he makes me happy and he told me that I made him a better person. But recently, he told me that I am too good for him and I could find a better guy than him. He doesn’t initiate conversation with me anymore and even started to ignore my messages. What should I do to make him feel confident? and reply me..? What should i do to save the relationship?

Now before you attack that idea as sexist, we're really just talking about two people who come together to love, care for and make each other's life even better by forming a cooperative partnership here. The real beauty of a relationship is when two people come together with a desire to give rather than just take. That's when the magic is unleashed.

I Want Him To Ask Me Out

This sounds counterintuitive but it's not. Familiarity doesn't breed contempt (unless they don't like you in the first place, in which case you're kind of doomed, sorry). In fact, the more time you spend together, the more they'll like you. "Advertising works in part because it repeatedly exposes you to a particularly product," says Kerner. "It's the same with people – the more time you spend together, taking for granted that there's some mutual attraction to begin with, the more you'll grow to like each other."
LOL, whatever. Most men I know are lazy as hell while their wives coordinate nearly every part of their lives. That includes my husband who acts like he’s doing me a big favor if he puts a load of his own clothes in the washer. AS IF washing his own clothing should be considered some sort of gift to me. He’s lucky that he’s intelligent, caring, and adorable.

5. Neurotics needn't apply. You both need to be emotionally healthy to forge a successful relationship, says Neil Clark Warren, Ph.D., who founded a cyber matchmaking service called eHarmony.com in 2000. For instance, it's not a good sign if you're in the relationship primarily because you're frightened of being alone. It's equally bad if your guy looks as longingly at the gin bottle as he does at you. Or if he's morbidly depressed. Don't fall into the codependent trap and think you can "heal" him. It's smarter to look for a man who doesn't need healing.

Men may experience their feelings through physical complaints. It's not uncommon to see men experience their feelings through things such as headaches are backaches. You may know of a man who gets headaches only on the weekends, or becomes sick during vacations. Why does this happen? Because as long as men are working, they can cut off their feelings. Without the structure of work, however, their feelings and needs surface, and may be expressed through physical symptoms.

Help him feel special. One way to charm a guy is by treating him in a manner that makes him feel like he's special to you. When you're talking to him in a group of his pals, pay special attention to him. Make steady eye contact and ask him specific questions. Go out of your way to speak to him when you can and show a strong interest in his life, from his hobbies and his career to his family and friendships.
